Driving Directions:
- From Highway 5 North, taje the Paul Lake Road and follow it all the way to Pinantan Lake (Community).
- Take either Pinantan – Harper Ranch Road or Hines Road and turn onto Holbrook Road.
Boat Launch
- There is a hand launch in the small community park across from the school.
- An easier launch is down the road to the end. There is a launch and parking off Cridge Road.
Shoreline
- Homes surround much of the lake with the exception of the east end of the lake.
- A paddle around the lake is about 4 km.
- There is a marshy channel from the Upper Lake down to the Lower Lake. It requires a short portage to get past a beaver dam and this can only be done in spring or early summer.
Pros
- A pleasant paddle around the lake at non-prime times.
- The Upper Lake is fun paddle, but you will have to portage from the channel past the beaver dam.
Cons
- The lake is surrounded by private homes.
- The lake can be busy at prime times.
