Nov. 1 – South Thompson River
Day 91 of paddling in 2022. A cool morning for a kayak outing on the South Thompson river, followed by tennis in the afternoon.
Oct. 25 – Jacko Lake
Day 90 of paddling in 2022. A beautiful morning for a paddle around the lake.
Oct. 22 – Edith Lake
Day 89 of 2022 – An early morning paddle on Edith Lake.
Oct. 17 – Scuitto Lake
A paddle around Scuitto Lake as part of a video for CFJC TV. A link to be added at a later date. A beautiful day, but a longer time on the water too. Day 88 of paddling for 2022.
Oct. 16 – McConnell Lake
Twice around McConnell Lake. An early start and a cool, sunny day. Day 87 of paddling for 2022.
Oct. 14 – Leighton and Morgan Lakes
First a paddle around Leighton Lake early (first on the water), then a drive down the Tunkwa Lake Road to Morgan Lake and a paddle there too, also first on the water. Day 86 of paddling for 2022.
Oct. 10 – Stake Lake
Twice around Stake Lake, followed by a short hike. An early paddle, Day 85 of paddling in 2022.
Oct. 9 – South Thompson River in – Valleyview
A paddle on the river between the boat launch and the Yellowhead Bridge. Day 84 of paddling in 2022.
Oct. 7 – Pritchard Provincial Park
A paddle from the Prithcard Bridge upstream on the South Thompson River to the marine park (and past), with a stop to walk the beach on the way back. Day 83 of paddling in 2022.
